A low dose test and deca/EQ + a good diet and kardio would help you greatly.

What he meant to say is diet is 100% of loosing wight, cardio and workout will only reduce the time taken.

    Have you measured your bf%?
    What is your workout/cardio rutine?
Have you changed or adjust your diet recently?

Get back to us with these answers first.

    My body fat is 14%.
For the past year, I have worked out 3 days per week. As soon as I start a cycle, I will up that to 5 days a week. I do cardio 1 day per week.

I don't really have a diet plan yet. I never really had to watch what I ate until I turned 30. Since my 30th birthday (2.5 years), my body fat has increased from 9% to 14%.

The whole idea of starting a cycle is not to get huge or anything, I just want to get more solid.

I think your better getting your diet sorted first before doing any kind of AAS, if you attack your diet correctly you will transfrom your whole body and see great gains, you will also achieve your goals your after, dont wait till you start gear to get thibngs going, do it now and get some hardwork under your belt then work off that.
