Today was a strong workout. My left delt was sore as hell though waking up but didn't effect my workout at all surprisingly. Shot my left tri today with the prop, same pain as delt, hard pinch and slight hardness to the muscle. Going to do the test prop on mon/wed/fri/sun, that protocol works good with me. Just this weeks since i started the prop on tuesday im doing it today to catch up being wednesday.
Chest: Dips
3 warm up sets
115x10, 115x3, 115x2 (Again, forgot im crusing)
Shoulders: Smith Press Behind Neck
2 warm up sets
205x8 (same)
Triceps: Skull Crushers
2 warm up sets
105x6 (down 6 reps)
Back Width: Pull Down Back of Neck
2 warm up sets
210x6 (up 5lbs)
Back Thickness: Dumbell Rows
2 warm up sets
95x8 (same)
Again, this crusing is not to go up in weight or sets. If anything, the amount of reps might go up but should not go down and if so, not by much. This is still all new to me so we'll see how it works.
Results wise, im up 10-12lbs from when i started, vascularity x10, calves are a little bigger overall, new visible muscle in quads, hard as a damn rock 24/7, good mood/attitude, crazy libido, feel great!
Bad sides: sweat like no other in the gym/body always warm, sleep with fan on, some water retention still even with the l-dex .5mg eod but no biggie, thats it. Only thing i can complain about really is im hot more often and need to sleep with the fan on ed.
