Ok I'm 18 and I've already done one cycle. I know that I shouldn't have, but I didn't know that before I did it. I did oral dbol, test e, and parobolan. Everything turned out fine and no sides. Since everything turned out ok is it ok to do another cycle?

You can still gain after using steroids...... post up your diet and training split in their respective sections and let the guys there tweak everything for you.

Diet- 4000 calories, 300g protein, low fat high carb
training-5 days a week. one to two muscle groups a day. i don't work one muscle group more than once a week

You could get blood work done to make sure all is ok then quit while your ahead and dont do another cycle until your older and have stopped growing naturally
