i would wait at least a month after making a change to your protocol before getting blood tested. the problem with doing a higher dose of adex is you can quickly blow right past your sweet spot in a very short period. this happened to me on a few occassions.
just like with T dosing, you're better off starting out on a lower dose and working your way up allowing your body to slowly adjust.
i can tell when my E2 is off because my muscles get a little flat looking and i have other symptoms like low libido, ED, anxiety, stomach issues. this seems to happen to me when my E2 is high or low. when i'm low i also notice some clicking in my joints. i've heard people talk about joint pain but the only thing i ever noticed was my knees get a little tender feeling, almost like i slightly hyper-extended them. other joints don't get sore but that might be because the air is really dry here in arizona.
i was recently on adex .5mg 2x/week and when i got tested my E2 was at 17. i got the symptoms i descried above so i stopped taking it until those symptoms went away. it took about a week but i think that's because i was low for several weeks.
