Thread: WEEK 4 no gains yet

    Thanks for all the input, I guess i'll just continue my cycle and see where i end up, as far as my diet I pretty much follow a bodybuilders diet which I read on this forum.

    Breakfast:
    8 eggwhites 5 turkey slices
    1cup oatmeal

    2 hours later
    peanutbutter on whole whet
    apple or banana

    Lunch
    Grilled chicken 8 oz
    mixed green veg

    2 hours later
    protein shake
    turkey sandwich on whole wheat

    dinner
    whole wheat pasta
    chicken breast or steak

    workout around 8-9pm

    930
    creatine
    i can tuna

    may not be perfect diet but it sure isnt bad especially for your size
    id def get something in after your workout besides a can of tuna and creatine
    go more by the mirror and less by the scale

    Post workout i take whey protein with waxy maize starch (some people use oats), this gives you carbs post workout, which increase blood sugar levels, and result in an insulin spike.

    No wonder you arent gaining weight! You need to at least double your protein intake.
