i think you need to read a lot more in general not just about pct. For a start 250mg/week is a waste of a cycle, you will be shutting yourself down for a dose that is almost trt, the min dose for any sort of muscle gain is 400mg/week IMO. The reason you may have got acne before was you ramped up the dose when your blood levels were stable and threw everything out of whack. If you are prone to acne then good luck trying to achieve stable blood levels with sust, its a hard compound to use in that respect due to the 4 dif esters all with different halflives.
