Humans have always had religion in some form, the pantheon of 12 Gods was popular amongst the Egyptians, Romans, Nords and Greeks.. yet our understanding of the universe is far more sophisticated today than it ever has. Prehaps we'll worship a machine God in the future. All I know is, science, medicine and technology are the driving forces for us now. Our first step is going to be at colonising the moon, because resources here are only finite and if we want to survive and carry on growing at the rate we are, we're going to have to go somewhere else.

Praying wont solve that, techology will.
