Thread: Advice needed.

    Well you know more about it than me so I can't really argue with you... I can say however say I most likely will take the steroids, even if it isn't permanent; maybe it'll give me a short term inspiration on what I CAN look like which will in turn cause me to work harder and 'legit'..

    I suppose I'm skinny because my diet sucks, but it's hard to believe. I eat breakfast everyday (cereal, milk in the morning). for lunch usually a sandwich or two, grapes, lemonade, cookies and some snacks. Then dinners seem alright, usually a full plate of different thing each day. (days include: potatoes, broccoli, steak. Or sometimes just a cheeseburger. Sometimes stew on top of mashed potatoes. And also sometimes just pasta). What can I improve on in my diet? I'm looking at changing it sometime soon so please, any recommendation will help. I don't know enough about what I should be eating in the mornings, lunch and for dinner. I don't know anything about how many calories per meal I should be eating, when I should be eating carbs, etc..

    Anyhow I suppose this is the most relevant question... Will it be ENTIRELY useless doing what I previously said? In other words will I not gain any weight and/or muscle by using the dbol? Also, what should I be taking during/after the cycle. Presumably things that I can get over the counter -- such as anti-estrogens?

    I am no expert on diet, but that sounds like a middle-schoolers diet. Definately not an anabolic diet. The diet section has tons of diets posted, with critiques added. If you are going to run aas, and look for otc pct and estro blockers, then I.... well I give up

    alright, I like that thread, but I suppose it's extremely hard to diet when you eat with a family at dinner? and especially when I don't know how to cook.

    and motorhead, that's admirable. I will continue to improve my diet obviously, and I think I'll start using creatine for most of the time. Can you buy creatine at GNC for example, as in stuff like NO Xplode, or what's your best suggestion for creatine? For myself, the steroids are just an experiment, I'm interested to see how they'll affect me but I basically want to do it in the safest way possible, which is why I need your advice.

    Come on man, how was that a useful post in ANY way? Maybe instead of leaving negative comments about me you should be trying to give me information on how I can improve my ideas/what i'm doing.

    well advice is, dont do roids, too young!! NO explode and the likes are bollocks, best creatines ive had are either Reflex (uk) or gaspapari size on. HMB will benefit you for a year or so, month on month off. but most important, buy a scientific sports nutrition book, it'll be worth its weight in gold, avoid any body building endorsed crap

    I'll take your word for it, but why is NO Xplode garbage? Thanks for the advice on the book, it's something I'm finding out that I need to know more and more about...

    I still don't know about the dbol because I've already spent the money on it... You guys are making me cautious, but I still want to try it. Being completely fair and honest; how bad can one cycle of it truly be for me?

    NO is sugary garbage and longterm, believe it or not, it aint good for mr woody. creatine, hmb and glutamine is what u want, ignore the rest of the crap. use protein shakes sparingly, try and get your protein through foods
