    Buy some Grapeseed oil from a grocery store,
    make sure its pure oil,
    get a whatman filter,
    filter the oil.

    Well, after undiluted first stick, in the quad, I would have to say it is about the same amount of soreness as Winny. Not unbearable by any means, just uncomfortable...

    Im going to double post this in the original thread I started about this cycle. Just FYI so I dont get the WTF(why the fu*k) did you double post????
