Time on + PCT = Time Off

ie. 12 week cycle + 2 weeks off + 2 weeks PCT = 16 weeks, so, 16 weeks after your PCT you should be good to go again.

But, you should get blood work done before you start again just to be sure your levels are back to normal.

Ok. What is the reasoning exactly behind this long of wait. Just curious.
