im 6 foot my mates 6'2 or 3 maybe ? non less or above .. as for body fat iv never had mine calculated but maybe 5 or 10 percent for both of us..

ME TOO. There's a huge difference between 10% and 5%.

ok.... to give you an idea.....

10% abs show nicely

12% Upper abs show

15% abs are covered

that's why we're saying a 10% difference is huge. 5% is shreded to almost no fat at all and 10% is lean but not shredded by anymeans.....
