blood in cum

I noticed some blood in my cum the other day. not alot, just made a couple drops of it look a little pink. there was no pain or anything when I came.

I'm kinda freaked out...any thoughts?

This is going back 4 years, so I don't remember everything,

I just know the doc ran tests, said he couldn't find anything wrong with me, and didn't know a reason for the occurrence.

It hasn't happened again since then.
