I was taking Nolva 20mg daily but stopped last Monday as haven't got itchy nips and didn't want to limit my gains.

are you bloated at all? what about acne?

you could get some arimidex and run it .25 eod and see if that helps.....personallyi had to drop my arimdex to .15 eod cuz it was givin me boner problems

Haven't taken any Nolva for the last 5 days and wasn't planning to unless i got itchy nipples.

Lost a bit of definition arround my abs from bloating but figured once i stop the Dbol i should drop the water, right?

Got little got of ache on my chest and quite alot on my back, which I'm not to worried about... But no ache anywhere else thank fvck.

Today didn't really have any mood swings, felt great the whole day, so gonna see how I feel and get hold of some arimdex if the mood swings return.

I had a bit of this as well, its just your levels evening out I think. Mine subsided and I feel basically normal.
