I know they are retards .. thats why i posted that vid ( to show how dumb peeps can be)... I have never used synthrol , but have seen some peeps that have done it right ( and it looks pretty good )..

yea if done right it stretched the fascia and does allow for muscle to grow into that larger pocket. That's the whole point of it
