Alr has some of the best fat burners i have taken. Although i should never have tried them, i was 5-10 160 when i took venom from them. Within 2 1/2 weeks i dropped 7-8 pounds. This was maybe 2 years ago though.

Where i used to buy my products though, (they new the owner of alr), they told me they were getting shit from the fda or w/e. So they had to change the chemical compound for alot of their product. I loved almost everything they had especially the venmom, cr2, and no gorge
