Ok I got my hands on 1000mcg of igf.

I can either run it at 35.7 mcg ed for 4 weeks

Or

run it at 50 mcg Ed for 2.8 weeks.

Also I read some people only run it days they lift. Others two weeks on two off and other eod.

What works best?

I'm looking for the fat burning qualitys. I'll let the sauce I'm on right now worry about the size.

Diet is clean and work out is down pat.
