Am i ready for anabolic steroids???

    I am 31 years old, 5ft 9ins, and around 15 stones

I know how to lift and I weight train at home.

I used to workout at the gym but I got bored as I was not gaining or learning anything.

I have been going to a gym for a few years on and off.

I have done my reearch and know all about PCT and ancillaries.

My supplement and nutrition knowledge is very good.

I have a degree in Applied Science so I know about fats (good and bad), carbohydrates, proteins, anabolism, catabolism and the cycles of the body ie how fats, proteins and carbs are turned into energy.

I have read the article on when not to use AAS 5 or 6 times now and the thing I do not agree is about joints and tendons.

Nandrolones, primo, EQ and var due build tendons and ligaments while test hinders their formation.

I do sports: swimming, walking and soon Ninjutsu and climbing.

I eat a very balanced diet

X2 in erlier posts you said you had a flabby belly...also if using steroids you would need to workout more than your arms and legs.

Fat burners are not that great unless you have a good diet. Look at the diet section and try to drop your bf% to the teens.

checking out clen isnt the answer, diet is the answer. Clen is considerd when bf is low and is used to get rid of some sticky fat

My diet is good at the moment as I do not eat cakes and sweets!

My alcohol consumption is very low and I am planning on quiting drinking altogether after New Years!

I only a small piece of darklchocolate every other Sunday and a packet of crisps once a month!

I recently stopped eating two plates of dinner and now only eat one!

I buuilt up that fat over years and i was skinny and thin when i was a child!

What fat burners do you recommend?

I do not want to use clen because of the sides!

I was thinking more along the lines of a fat burner such as a coleus forskohlii/guugul lipid product or a stimulant one with synephrine and yohimbine in it!

Actually that's common. All the fat unfit dudes do Ninjutsu, and all the lean fit dudes do Thai Boxing.

If this thread is real you main goal should be to drop your bf% to at least 19%, once you get to that level then I would recommend either and ECA stack or clen. The only reason I say dont take it now is to see if you are dedicated in running a proper diet.

Diet changes everything, I have done cycle with a half ass diet and had minimal gains then I ran an other diet with my diet spot on and it made a world of difference

I am for REAL and SO is THIS THREAD!

I have not started ninjutsu training yet as i have just found a dojo near me and I am having problems contacting the shihan (ninja sensei)!

The shihan is 18th dan master and he is called Peter King!

I like ninjutsu because it covers strikes, holds and grappling, weapons and other stuff like concealement and pyrotechnics!

My diet has been checked out by a dietitian at my GP and a trainer at the gym I was at!

    Both said it was fine!

The fat built up when I was not eating properly and not exercising eg at uni, college and when I was hanging out with these two losers that I met through The prince's Trust!

    MY REGULAR DIET:

Breakfast: A bowl of cereal with skimmed milk (high fibre one, no sweets such as sprinkles or frosted bits) or two pieces of full grain/multigrain toast with choleserol lowering margerine on (just a thin layer.

Lunch: Sandwitches (brown bread) with a slice of lean meat or low fat cheese along wit tomato and lettuce in them. Or the previous days leftovers. Or a plate of things with all the right food groups.

Dinner: One plate of a meal with every food group included.

Drink: during most days when I volunteer at dads work I drink during the either day one bottle of sugar free fizzy drink eg Coke zero or Lilt zero OR a vitamin water by Glaceau and maybe a sugar free energy drink such as REd Bull.

At night with dinner I drink one glass of mo added sugar fruit squash or juice.

Most of the other time I drink water

I drink tea 2-3 times a day but I only have coffee once a day when I volunteer.

What do you think of my diet?

What exercise you do and your metabolism also depends on your body morphology ie mesomorph, endomorph or ectomorph!

I am somewhere between a mesomorph or an emdomorph so my exercise routine is mainly strength/resistance training and muscle building with some cardio!

This is a horrible diet, your nutritionist is a moron. You seriously need to go to the diet section, this clearly shows why you are at 29% BF. I'm not trying to be an ass but I know way too many nutritionist that have no clue what they are talking about. I can honestly say this is one of the worst diets I have seen from a nutritionist.
