    Such a bad idea. I mean if what you are saying is true (I REALLY have my doubt) and you do eat / gym / juice correctly you will at least destroy your tendons, that is if your doing it CORRECTLY, if you do either if the 3 incorrectly the bad results will multiply. There is plenty of information on this forum and a lot of wisdom, if you choose to ignore it consider yourself warned.

    Yea ur dead right its my main concern after long term sperm counts, im hoping ill be ok though. Even in daily life i expect that i cud rip a tendon being stronger.

    Tbh my tendons arnt the worst either, i did alot of rowing when i was younger for a few years. I have also done alot of swiming. but it was 4/5 years ago.

    I think i should be alright though.

    Got a flatmate to take some photos earlier, So ill post them tomorrow in the members section.
