    I'll be keeping an eye on this thread also.....

    Couple questions:

    1) Whats your diet like? Don't really need specifics like the hour you eat..... but curious about what your eating and how many calories.

    2) Are you taking anything other than NO and Proviron?

    3) Do you plan on running a test only cycle to compare this one to it?

    Also, just a word of wisdom..... Don't take everything a pro recommends you as "solid advice" or the absolute "truth"..... My first cycle was Deca only because a bodybuilder recomended it to me just as yours has recomended EQ to you. We all know Deca alone is a pretty solid no-no LOL

    1) my diet is 380 protein, 450 carb, 100 fat (roughly 4000 cal), which I eat in 6 meals. My job keeps me crazy busy and it's shift work... so I can't keep an hourly meal schedule but I eat a meal every 2-3 hours... depending on when I can take a break. I make sure to keep protein bars and shakes nearby at all times just in case. An example of a meal for me would be 250g chicken and 100g brown rice... or 1.5 cups cottage cheese w/ 2 tbsp canola oil, 1 chopped apple, 450 g brocolli on the side. I some times end up subsituting more shakes than I'd like due to work, but as Nark advised me in another thread that's not the end of the world.

    2) I'll just list it all, even the ones that go w/o saying:
    multi-vit, b-complex, fish oil, zma, gabba, liv 52, proviron, pre workout NO, creatine mono, and of course EQ

    3) absolutely I plan on running a test cycle, that's the next cycle I will be running

    I'm not expecting ground shaking gains on this cycle obviously, but by the end of it I will be familiar with EQ and what it does to me. EQ seems to be a compound that I would like to use a lot in the future... and simply including it on a test cycle without using it on its own first doesn't sit well with me. I hope that made sense... anyway I'm keeping an extremely thorough offline hand written journal, and plan on making one with a test only cycle so I can have documentation on how both drugs affect me... and I might even publish a summary of both for comparison in the Q&A thread if people would be interested in the results, but with time off and the test cycle were talking months down the road.

    no doubt haha, some of the things my source has told me has made me raise my eyebrow... but at the end of the day all that I really stand to lose is time and money, and I'm lucky enough to say neither really concern me at this time. I just hope that I gain a few pounds these coming 6 weeks or I'll look like a total ****tard on this board! Oh well, the pressure of accountability keeps me eating my meals on time
