I am about to start my winstrol cycle.what should be my dosage??and do i need any kind of pct for winstrol and why??Is there any way to avoid hairloss when using winstrol???

I also purchased some supplements

ultimate nutrisoin glutapure
On opti men
On zma
should anyone tell me what time i need to take these supplement??is it possible to take bsn no explode with winstrol??

so you are almost 6', 180lbs and 18% BF? You dont need steroids, you need a proper diet.

Out of curiosity, who told you to run winny only to achieve the goals you are looking for?

Second if your friends are getting ripped its not from steroids, its from diet.
Steroids can not make a person ripped.
