This is what I was going to ask. It may sound basic, or common knowledge, but pay attention to your breathing habits while injecting, make sure you are not breathing too deeply the whole time, or not breathing at all.

when i inject daily sometimes every other day. i do have problems with my breathing before and during the injection but not after. only twice have i had fast or slow breathing. is there somethin i can do to help me ?? lil nervous but ive done it before so that edge is off. help me oout ?
