I played dumb so they don't know where I got it.. but I lead them in the direction of a scam site.. sort of.. wouldn't they have to fine me right then and their or w/e?.. so basically I could just get a fine or something without knowing in the future?

It doesn't sound like you'll get a criminal record.

However, I guarantee they red-flagged your file at the boarder... You should expect to be searched every time you cross now.. (similar to the way customs red-flags addresses that they intercept steroids for..)

Yeah they did tell me that they flagged me so I probably will be getting searched now but I really don't want to get a record or go to jail.

You wont get a criminal record unless they want to prosecute, which I seriously doubt they will. But I will not be able to apply to DHS for a job in future but you might be able to with other agency since they dont really talk to each other.

I don't want to work at customs nor DHS.. most drugs I think should be personal choice on their own free time especially steroids!.. But really, since they let me go without anything they can't really come back on me could they?

Just remember there are other agenies with DHS, such as secret service, CBP, ICE, FEMA, ETC...

I don't feel they will come after you, that is personal use and it would go to the state unless they will try to find your source and try to threaten you with prosecution unless you give him/her up...

Don't talk and get a lawyer if they come to your door

Alright sounds good.. and will do if they come to my door.. but one more thing if I don't have a criminal record and they don't prosecute then would it still hinder my chances as getting some of those jobs? Because, if its not on my record or anything how could it?

You might get a fine (maybe around $500.00) or nothing at all but just remember everytime you cross again you are in the gov't system.
