hello guys, ive been reading this forum for years and first i need to thank you for the help you give.

i ve just started first cycle test cyp 500mg a/week in two shots mon-thu. i have three shots, ten days into cycle.

im not sure but i think the aureola of my nipples is bit larger in both cases. There is no lump, they are not sore, no puffy, just the aureola seems to be larger.

should i take nolva? 20mg? 10mg? Arimidex is terrible expensive in my country. Id be great if i can do without adex.

could be water retention but if your worried then 10mg nolvadex would be fine. i personally would just keep an eye on it closely. little early for gyno but its possible.

you could grab some letro or aromasin for your pct and you should have no gyno issues with those chems.

i dont understand your second post titanium but i think it has to do with something i dont know lol

im on test cyp only. i know it kicks in the third or forth week. im anxious about the results but i have to wait. lol
