decent fish oil

any diff in epa/dha only formulas?

the total amount of dha/epa should be over 500g per serving.

kirkland really lacks quality in this case. and if i remember correctly they have a lot of vit-e in there too.

I use ON Fish Oil, which only has 300mg of EPA/DHA

yeah sockeye is a good salmon. but, each serving(3 pills) is only 510 of epa/dha. from what i read in binos post its the epa/dha levels that make or break the qualitiy.

I disagree, quality has a price and to get the best fish oil with no mercury you need to have wild salmon from specific area of the oceans only.
Always look for 5 stars IFOS (International Fish Oil Standards).

disagree completely. a lot of companies have fillers and little of the quality ingredients such as the dha/epa. and im sure molecularly distilled oil is a lot better for you as well.

sure there is cheap oil out there. but how good can i really be?

lol, i appreciate all the responses, im not asking about whats cheap or what kind to buy. rather asking if what i linked was a good choice?

its strickly a epa/dha blend. after browsing i noticed some of the epa/dha only pills were a bit cheaper.

i burned thru these already

but they are 30 bucks a bottle. the jarrow formula is 23 a bottle same amount...

thoughts..
