He also just got out of jail 6 days ago on bail after being charge with child rape and having multiple warrants in other counties.

Why the hell is someone like this on the streets?

Because he wasn't making any money with those crimes. Had it been drug related it would have been life with no parole

Yeah I hear you and yes our court system makes no sense most of the time. someone with a LONG criminal history, has other warrants out for them and is charged with child rape (not simply molesting or sex with a minor but child rape) and he is let out on bail??? WTF?
