So here goes...I have been considering using steroids for a long time but like most I'm just as worried about the negative side effects as I am the positive. I'm not scared of needles but I am scared of gaining then loosing it all when I eventually one day have to come off them for good. Why would I? I don't know. Money, no time, drug testing, or maybe just plain don't feel like it.

Either way how many people do you guys know who stoped using and was able to maintain any of their gains? If so for how long?

Second, if your nuts shrink how long till they go back to normal? Does your norm test production ever go back to norm or will it always be a little lower than it was before steroids?

I figured this is a new guy type question so forgive me. Thanks for any info.
    Stats?

How do you know for sure? I do not believe it is a proper answer for a newbie.
Also, in regards of the bold, are you kidding, right?

    Do your own researches!

I'm 28 years-old 5'11" and I weigh 176lbs about 6-8% bf when cutting and around 190s in the winter. Currently I am 186lbs. Been lifting for 5 years. 2 years seriously (good diet and better training regime)

I don't want to bother if I have to spend so much money between gear, doc visits, food, and all the other crap if I'm just going to loose it all with in a year of coming off. That and the possibility that I may be even worse off afterward.

I am dying to get bigger/stronger but I'm looking long term and don't want to be dependent on gear the rest of my life.

I've been doing a lot of research over the years but mainly in the past few weeks I've started seriously considering. I'm just looking for a someone with good personal experience to point me in the right direction.

Then, setup your own cycle, considering what you have learnt so far, and post it in the proper section of the forum.
Everyone, will be ready and happy to criticize it.
But, you cannot expect anyone to make a cycle for you.

That's why I asking for help. I've never done the stuff so any one who has I figure probably has a better idea than I do.

My default plan is to use novice cycle #1 200mgs test e twice a week for 12 weeks and 20mgs of dianabol for the first 4 weeks only. But then my question is, since they don't have a pct plan what should mine be? Should I just keep clomid and nolva on hand in case, pop 10mgs of nolva a day while cycling, or cycle then do the norm nolva/clomid pct?

Also should I take something to cleans my liver of the dianabol? If so what, how much, and during cycle or after?

once you get on you will NOT stop at one if your cycle goes smoothly. It will be an ongoing thing until you come to terms with your natural size.

I agree. There is always a chance of him altering his test levels permanently!! A good pct can reduce the chances of that happening but not a guarantee.
