a company that makes their money by delivering boxes to people's houses tells you that a box containing 10 amps is too big?!

wait a minute, was it a note on your door that had several reasons why it could not be delivered and the driver is supposed to check one? kind of a multiple choice thing?

if so, see what options are closest to the "too big" box that is checked. like maybe one that says "Nobody home, signature required". it's possible the driver checked the wrong reason.

if not, all sorts of red flags should be going up
