I have no idea. But if I were to do a comp I would do
1-8 750 test e
1-8 600 deca
1-6 100 drol
2 week deload/cruise with 500mg test e
9-18 150 prop
9-18 100 tren a
15-18 100 win
19-20 100 prop
And maybe 5iu hgh,50mcg t3 and an ai. Done in a bulk/cut.
Again, this is just an idea.![]()

im in a similar boat, would using test, deca and tren be good for a first time competition, if you were limited to these three and as long as your diet is in check.
