I bought some rice cakes and I cannot imagine how they processed the shit out of it and left any good nutrients. I don't advise.

rice is not so good as it is.
so how do you take rice, and turn it into that(puffed candy shit) and not lose any nutrients? crap IMO

I think they do the same thing as they do with pop corn!

I think they just fill it with air - like with tyres - and heat it!
