Yea im a bit of a head case lol I'm currently on testProp 200mg/ed, trena 200mg/ed, mast 100mg/ed and also running var at 50mg/ed... If your gonna do high doses of a compound i suggest that you have already run the compound before and know exactly how your going to react to it, then start at quarter the dose and work your way up each week until you reach your peak. also keep ai's, blood pressure pils and acne control on hand. Also when your coming off pyramid back down over a few weeks or you will have a big rebound effect causing lots of sides.

No thats not my current pic its a few tattoos and lb short. Yes my cycle is ****ed up so am I and I like it that way.. no i aint gonna die my blood work is good. I dont get that angry from anything(roidrage) other than the weights at the gym. The VAR dose of 50mg is proven to help burn visceral fat(fats around the organs) also i like it. No its not expensive to me. Yes I do homebrew. to the guy who said he would rather use growth, I do use growth as well at 8iu a day. I am not running eq at the moment but I said the magic happens to me at 2000mg/wk.

My Current Diet?
Meal one = 150g oats with 10 eggs & 30g nuts.
Meal two = 350g lean mince beef & 300g potato
Meal three = Pro shake ( 50g pro 100g carbs)
Meal four = 250g chicken breast, 50g rice & veg
Meal five = 250g chicken breast & veg
Meal six = 60g egg white powder & 75g scottish fine oats
Wake up in night? = Pro shake ( 50g pro )
Between meals? = Lots of mixed nuts.

Monday Chest, calves
All chest done 4 sets per exercise, 15 down to 8 or 7reps:
Bench press 4sets all same
Incline bench press
incline dumbbell press
incline dumbbell flyes
standing cable crossovers
All calf exercises done at 20 + reps weight increasing each set!:
seated raises 3 sets all same
Standing raises
toes on leg press
Tuesday quads, hams
Pyramiding with 2 warm up sets done from 15 to 6 reps:
leg extensions 4 sets warm up!
Deep deep squats!!! 8 sets,
leg press 6 sets
hack squats 4 sets
leg curls 4 sets
Thursday shoulders, Traps, Abs
all shoulder exercise done from 15 to 8 rep range mayb 6.:
Smith press 5 sets
lying cable crossovers 4 sets rear delt
arnold press 4 sets
bent over cable crossovers 4 sets rear delts
side laterals 4 sets
barbell shrugs Heavy! 5 sets
Weighted crunches on cable with rope 4 sets
Friday , Back from 12 down to 6 rep range:
Deadlifts 6sets
Wide grip pulldowns 4 sets
rest back done with 15 down to 10 reps, slighty higher!:
Bent over barbell rows 4 sets
close grip pulldowns 4 sets
machine pullovers 4 sets
Saturday biceps, triceps
Arms done one for one! one tricep exercise one bicep exercise!
All done on 15 down to 8 or 7 reps:
One arm reverse cable pulldowns 4 sets
ez curls 4 sets
behind head dumbbell extensions 4 sets
preacher dumbbell curls 4 sets
pulldowns 4 sets
cable curls 4 sets

To be honest, I never talk about mega-dosing on the open forums, but I like to run my EQ at a gram to get the results I want from it. I also love stacking EQ w/ 19-nors, I think there is solid synergy between the two. I think EQ is only beneficial for those at low, low BF%. Anything over 12% and I consider it to be near pointless. (optimal range IMO = 7 - 9.5%)
