No...MurMur is played out guys...I've only been to The Pool twice, and for the reasons mentioned earlier. I like MurMur, but lately I have ONLY been going to Dusk in Ceasar's, its the hottest spot in AC right now, and that's where my buddy promotes for, so if there's a line a mile long, we walk right in. If you haven't been there yet, you need to check it out, very upscale clientele. You were pretty much spot on though ******, like I said, 99% of guidos over the age of 18 that you meet do not have any meaningful employment or higher education, so that explains perfectly why they're not on the casino floor. It was funny, because on that "JERSEY SHORE" show, the one dude even said something like, "Even if your wallets empty, you still godda look good wit da gel in da hair and the blowout"...or some shit like that. AC is ok..... nothing like NYC tho. I havn't been to dusk yet but all my friends in the scene have been saying it's the best place down there right now.

I'm 20 minutes outside of Philly, so its not as bad as up north, and most of the guys around here grow out of it a year or two after they graduate high school. I'm in Atlantic City ALOT because my boy promotes for a club down there, and I don't know if we're visiting the same places? Have you ever been to The Pool on a friday or saturday night during the summer? Every jerkoff in there is from New York wearing the latest Affliction shirt, blowout, lip gloss, and fake n bake spray tan.

Ya know what I've come to notice about people who promote the "guido" lifestyle past their teens. They are very similar to people from the ghettos. They don't have meaningful employment, they mostly live at home, and they are extremely fixated on their personal appearance, while ignoring other fundamental things in life like EDUCATION, BUYING A HOUSE, etc, and so on. Like the one bitch on the show who's piece of shit car broke down on her way to the shore house. Or the other clown who is 29 years old and still fist pumping and getting in fights at clubs. If you read the article in the AC news paper, the one chick is going to "school" to become a 'Veterinary Technician', a glorified job cleaning up dog shit that you get from some shithole trade school, and get paid $12 bucks an hour. I have yet to meet any 'guidos' like the douchebags on the show, that are successful professionals in any aspect of life. In short, all of the people on that show are worthless pieces of shit, waste of oxygen, and taking up space on a planet with limited resources. I will pray to God every night for Seaside Heights to break off into the ocean and sink.

the funny thing is -my parents own a place at normandy beach and we use to go to seaside to have a good time. It just got too trashy for me and i do not go anymore. I would see jersey trash hooking up on the dance floor dancing badly and getting very drunk all the time. this behavior is not exclusive to the guidos.

Both Abyss and Deko are plagued with thugs. Deko not as bad. But everytime I've went to abyss, I've basically felt like I was in prison again with all the minorities. Not a classy place at all.

Theres a lot of decent clubs/lounges in Jersey but I wouldn't consider either one of them on that list.

I don't even club anymore mainly just go to Red Bank right down the road, they got Downtown, Ashes, Reds, all real nice places to chill. Reds is my favorite cause its just a completely different caliber of people, real classy place.
If you're ever looking for new places to go Id highly suggest Red Bank, you can bar hop all night theres a different place on every corner and its always packed on the weekends. You get your trash like any place but in Red Bank its real minimal.

Oh and can't forget Club Avenue in Long Branch, use to work there!! That place is always OFF THE HOOK. Restaraunt at day, club by night.They have a pool on the roof which is situated right next to a fireplace outside, and then they have glass walls that overlook the ocean (its basically on the beach). So when you're swimming you can see everyone in the club dancing, hear the music, watch the beach/waves, be next to the fire place, and have a smoke/drink all at the same time =]. Really classy place but it'll def put a hurtn on your wallet.
