It sounds like you are trying to get on the right track with your dieting and training. That being said, you are still a long way from being ready to start any steroids. At this point, they will do more harm than good to you.

Just keep up what you are doing for now. Check out the diet section on here and let some of the guys help critique your diet to get you going a little better.

Dude..... Let me know when you find that magic pill. LOL

you have 2 months. If you are a fat ass not you will be a fat ass then but maybe 10 lbs lighter.

If you are serious then you had better plan on taking a couple years to get in shape at the least to into shape like the rest of us.

Im 5' 8" 2 years ago I was 205, I'm 185+ now but it's mostly muscle and it's due to working out 5+ days a week (EVERY WEEK) a very good diet and not from using gear. There is NO gear that will change you in 2 moths and if you use gear when you are fat you will have worse side effects than you can imagine.

Gear is not the answer, diet and hard work is what you need and it will NOT happen over night or in the next 2 moths. Expect to see some changes 4-6 months from now and then keep it up for another couple years. It's a change of life style, not a fad for a couple months.

Im not sure. If I find out who it is I will ask him lol

Im not there YET but not to far out anymore. Im on HRT since I am 47 and had LOT test levels for many years due to multiple complications over the years. I started HRT 2 years ago +- so no I cant say that mine is 100% natural but if my diet was not 1000% better than 2 years ago it would have made little to no difference at the gym.

I have watched many guys the last 2 years who work out at the gym probably as much as me. I know some of these guys and they eat poor, eat what they want when they want and they drink quite a bit on weekends and some during the week. I have surpassed them in the gym BIG time even though they started LONG before I did.

Stop the drinking or at least limit it to NOT getting drunk and only every couple of weeks, clean up the diet and you will see great results.
