    Look how things occur in nature.

    we see eggs as protein yet they are only 27% protein

    now look at alot of grains or milk for example they are very blanced

    I think they can be consumed together, it works well for me.
    Lately i have been doing Mod Protein High Carb and Low fat. im having the best gains of my life.
    Did 8 Pullups with 45 plate
    9 dips with two 45 plates and a 25
    squated 275 ass to grass all the way down
    deadlifted 465
    benched 315

    this is what works for me

    In option 2 & 3; I am not eliminating either the FAT or the Carb, other meals will have them but alone with Protein.

    Depends on the situation and the person. Holocaust status = carbs + fat + protein, obese = protein + fat.

    bro congrats but you need to bring your squat uppppppp. Your bench is more.

    In my opinion: obese=fat + carbohydrates (especially short)
    holocaust=zyclon b (sorry that is really distasteful)

    A good combo of all three is generally the best.
    After workout less fat.
    Less carbs as the day goes on.
