    Thanks for the advice Diablo. My current diet isa follows:

    6:00am Large bowl of oats
    9:00am hard mass (muscleworks) shake (3 scoops)
    12:00 6 slices of lowgi soy lin bread with peanut butter / pasta / pap
    15:00 hard mass (muscleworks) shake (3 scoops)
    post workout hard mass (muscleworks) shake (3 scoops) and piece of fruit
    dinner: 800gram pasta
    before bed: hard mass (muscleworks) shake (3 scoops)
    wake up twice through the night and have hard mass (muscleworks) shake (3 scoops)

    What do you think?

    Pleasure mate, I see too much "shake" in your diet and not enough actual food, remember, the shake should be a Supplement, and not a replacer...I also dont see any Meat/Chicken/Fish in your diet. And the bread, lol, aint going to help with anything.
    My Diet looks like this

    06:00am 6 Egg whites with 50g of Whey Low Carb shake and 1 scoop of peanut butter
    08:00am 400g of chicken breat and 2 eggs (boiled)
    10:30am 1 Banana
    11:30am Carb Meal (Spagetti..etc)
    12:15am Pre Workout Shake
    12:30-13:45 Gym
    14:00pm Coke
    14:30pm Boiled Eggs and 250g chicken breast
    16:00pm Post Workout shake
    17:30pm 250g Mash and 1 chicken breast
    19:30pm 300g rice with beetroot and 200g fish
    before bed ill have 40g of Peanut butter
    Also note ill am on 35g of ***** 3 Salmon oil as well.

    Yeah from JHB as well, where in JHB u from?
