    no it doesnt. and you can argue the poly. the poly is not admissible in court because it is not full proof nor accurate. you can laugh all you want but you obviously have not talked to enough cops, or gone through the hiring process. the only way people get caught is they confess after they think they have been caught; that is when integrity becomes an issue.

    I'm not wanting to start any debate, and I apologize if my blunt comment seemed insulting (that's just my sense of humor) but to be fair I did get my information from a family member who has worked on and off with major crimes, and has spoken a lot with their polygraphers

    admissible in court? no.
    used as grounds for exclusion in a hiring process? absolutely (in my cousin's force anyways), there isn't a judge or court of law that says they can't turf you from the selection
