    oops, tennis elbow, and what Peachfuzz said! not good my friend, unfortunately it will take few weeks to recover, do light weights if you can or just let it rest, take anti inflammatory medicine and ice it few times a day. I had this injury 3 times already and still recovering from my last one, it sucks. good luck bro...

    You've got a good ole case of Tendonitis.... I have the same thing I'm dealing with right now. I got mine with about 4 weeks left on my cycle and pushed thru the pain which was dumb. I've since taken a few weeks off of heavy lifting and my elbow is about 80% right now. I will give it another week or 2 before i start going heavy again so long as it is 100% pain free. There is no way around it without rest. Ice and Ibuprofin and Traumeel are your friends.
