I liked TOP diet but it is a bit too slow for my liking!
As my cardio is only walking and soon ninjutsu aswell as walking!
I will take advice but only if it is a fast diet!
I like doing strength and muscle building exercises!
I want to do field athletics (shotput, discus, hammer) and cklimbing and want to get into extreme sports like rock climbing and gorge scrambling!
I used to run but when I runon an a path that was not a hill I got backaches esp in my lower back!
