    Nothing on hand nor quickly.. but I can ask a few peeps around here and try getting something asap. Just need to know what and how much to take.

    Letrozole?

    No not off the bat. Letro should be your last resort...if everything else fails.

    If you can get it, i'd suggest Arimidex @ .5mg/day until signs start going away.
