I would use it bf you go to bed as your bodys natural GH release cycle is heavily weighted during your sleep cycle. You will also sleep better and wake up much more well rested. I recommended 2iu eod because there are studies that show this helps reduce natural gh suppression as opposed to using GH ed. But if your older it may not matter if you use it everyday because you hardly produce any anyway.
