im pretty sure sust is what cuased me to hav puffy nipples, when it happend i did some research and there was somthin about how injecting eod or e3d or howeber you do it that each ester is peaking and dropping off(for lack of better term) all at different times, higher risk of sides like gyno, other than the gyno i did hav good size and strenth gains right away

Sust does not make you more susceptible to gyno.

If you had itchy nipples, then you would of had that on any test.

That's why we use AI's , or even a weak serm like nolva on cycle.

And you pin sust eod.

Won't that will blast me way past my 500mg/week? Or will I need to pin ~1/2ml?

You pin eod, but it rotates every other week.

Meaning, one week will have 1 injection more than the week before.

Example:


Mon wens Fri sun =wk 1
Tues Thurs sat =wk 2

So, I would pin 125 mgs eod wich equals 500 mgs total, right?

Next wk, its still 125 mgs, it just 3 injections total.

So, at the end of the cycle, (10/12 wks)it works out the same.(basically)

Don't get into the fine division of trying to fit this into a 7 day a wk thing.

Fuzzy math bro.

Okay so if I understood your directions correctly that makes for 42 injections over 12 weeks of 125mg totalling 5,250mg. Whereas running 500mg/week will result in a total of 6000mg. I suppose I would just run the gear eod for another week to total 6000mg? Is this what you would do?
