    Plateau in my regimen

    Ok folks for the sake of cutting to the chase I know so little about steroids its funny. All I know I have learned in the last week. Therefore I apologize if I say something idiotic.

    Stats
    Age: 27
    Height: 69.5" 5'9.5"
    Weight: 260
    BF%: 36% *cough* I know bad
    Cycle Exp: none
    PCT Knowledge: none
    Training Exp: athlete and military experience along with training for MMA fights
    Diet: Lean focusing on about 1300-1700 calories per day. usually less
    No medical conditions; tested for possible thyroid issues. All stats except weight and body fat are in the green.

    Goal
    My goal is to hit 18% body fat and reach a weight of 200 give or take 10 pounds. This is an achievable goal but one that is a little down the road I understand.


    First I want to tell you That as bad as those stats were I have lost weight and gained muscle. I let my body go (quite a bit) and it was very fast. I tipped the scale at 290 and my waist was 7 inches larger. Trust me it was bad. Now I am much better, but it is not good enough.



    I exercise 5 days a week alternating between high intensity, weight training, and cardio along with combinations. I can keep up with and in most cases surpass many others who are 'in shape.' I am not looking to get into bodybuilder shape. I'm just trying to get back to something more than a gelatinous blob.

    From what I have read and looked around on IF I were to decide on a Steroid for use I should be looking towards Anavar and Clenbuterol. These sound like they would create a lower mass gain while generating a high fat burn approach with minimal side effects.

    I'm really just looking for advice on this issue from the pro's who know more than I. I have tried doing my own research on the web adn the very extensive forum. Would Anavar and Clenbuterol be a good approach for me? And perhaps the stupidest question I know (which I will probably get spammed for) where is a legitimate place(not a scam) to locate them? There are so many sites online and it appears that many claim to have the right things while in reality they don't.

    Guidance would be appreciated.

    no anavar and clen are not the right approach

    they are fat burners yes, but the rate at which they burn fat is very minimal, i think clen if dosed correctly can raises ur metabalism by 2-3%, which isnt anything special

    anavar on the other hand isnt really a powerful fat burner at all, itll only help you bburn fat is your on a diet, and if you are its effects are very minimal

    steroids arent miracle fat burners, their best uses are to help protect muscle during a time of calorie defeict (dieting down) since the body alot of times will burn muscle instead of fat

    as for ur questions o sources, its not allowed on this forum, but that shouldnt matter to you becuase what you need is just to stay motivated and stick to ur diet

    at at BF% of 36% u shouldnt have a problem droping fat

    u already said uve lost alot of weight, if your still loosing weight thats a good indicator that ur going great, all u need to do is stick to it and the fat will come off

    all u need to do is stay motivated, i know its hard and alot of times ur looking for something to speed the process up coz its annoying being patient, but unfortunatly theirs no miracle fat burner

    just stick to ur diet and training, i myself use to have close to 40% bf about 5 years ago, diet and exercise were the only cures for it, steroids came into my life much later on

    if i was you id go to the diet section of this forum and let the guys in their help u out with your diet, least that way ul be setting urself up well

    then go to the workout section and show them your workout, and let them help u with that aswell

    eat, oatmeal / white eggs in the morning
    veggie + lean chicken breast/lean hamburg/streak x3 meals
    cottage cheese before going to bed,

    this will help you 100x more then steroids,

    dont listen to this rubbish! you dont want to be eating cottage cheese at night if you want to lose weight. get a good sports nutrition book, all the math will be in there, get the cardio in and complement in with high rep weights. you can concentrate on size further down the lane. diff to do both at the same time
