Thread: Noob with couple questions....

    yes, i know that as well, unfortunatley i have a fast metabolism and am trying to make up for that ... but if i were to do a cycle what would be my chances of seeing results? .. if i keep up my eating routines i just started to eat more and foods higher in protein and trying to up my calorie intake

    I can't give you cycle advise at this point.

    We can do that at a later date.

    There is no doubt that you will get something from doing a cycle . May not be what you have in mind tho .

    The idea of posting diet to that section is you can get some solid advice from people that have seen results and been around . If protien is building blocks of muscle then why not eat 1000grams a day and you would be huge ? The idea is to vary protien , carbs , fat and total calories that are optimal to your needs .
    If you can not add muscle with current calorie intake then how will add muscle when more calories are needed ? The number of meals are important . types of proteins and carbs .
    If your current regiment yields no results then give it a try . You get diet dialed in and add AAS , Will be like adding 1 plus 1 and getting 3 .
