When your on the cruise you're gonna be up late partying and getting up early for the ports. It's also hard to follow a diet on port days. If your gonna run something maybe run a single compound 8 week cycle so your pct will be done by the time you cruise.

    Have you ever cruised before? I leave for my 6th one in 9 days!

    I haven't cycled in a while. I've been hitting some more cardio and have been more strict on my diet. I'll be getting on the boat at a lean 185 hopefully.

    These last few weeks have been dragging. I've been craving the unlimited food and warm weather. It's been in the 20's here for the past few weeks.
