If your endo said all your levels were within the correct ranges then taking additional meds will not do you much good. Might want to see a different doc though. Clomid is a serm which blocks the estrogen receptor only. Arimidex or another aromatase inhibitor would be a better choice for estrogen control IMO. However if your estrogen levels are in range then there may not be a point to this. Same goes for HCG. You have to understand that you are not shut down from steroid use; your HTPA is most likely fine. What you are experiencing is an adverse effect from finasteride use. You have less sensation in your penis more than likely because of the inability for your body to produce DHT. This is all hypothetical on my part though. Ideally you should go see an endo experienced in these matters.
