    ^^^how can you advise that with virtually no knowledge of the OP?

    yes they do provide strength but dont you think dosage suggestions require more info than "slugfest" and "I'm 34".

    he already gave proper advice. which was telling the OP to not bother. but the OP insists he really doesnt give a fcuk about his body and health. so NVR2BIG1 told him what a good strength regimen would look like.

    my advice would be the same. dont bother taking anything. bottom line, punching power comes from technique, not muscle mass or anything else. so if you dont have knockout power, you need to re-learn your punching techniques.

    BUT, if i was a bonehead who just wanted to get on some drugs for a few weeks, to gain some all around strength. i would just use anavar, since it doesnt screw as much with your natural test production. and its main side effect is increased strength.

    I have been training for a year a real strick diet from corey springer. I spar and roll BJJ 3 to 4 days a week Im 210 5 ft 10 and a half and according to calipers at the gym around 15 percent body fat. I have punching power but am much better with kicks. I am just used to being in the cage or ring with someone close to my weight not 265. Does this help. Yes I have cycled cyponate before but its been awhile. I take good care of my body and not into doping. I believe that doing the right stuff the right way benifits my body more than it hurts.

    why are you fighting guys 265?? if youre 210, you can easily hit 205 for weigh-ins, just by hopping in the sauna for a couple hours. or by cutting your water the day before weigh-ins.

    and if youre 15%BF. you could diet for 10 weeks, and easily make the 185 weigth class.
