    -how did you arrive at 9%BF (calipers, hydrostatic, comparing with pics)...in other words, it may be slightly higher than you think

    -what does your cardio and workout regimen look like? are you doing fasted am cardio?

    -you def. need some more complex carbs, esp. in meal 1 if there's no cardio preceding it

    -meal 2 needs to be changed by adding protein, and either ditching the fruit or the nuts; either way, i would ditch the banana from your current diet in favor of a citrus fruit or berries

    -depending on your 'WORK OUT' i.e. if you lift weights, you probably need some carbs after that as well

    -I would def. add a 6th meal

    I would tend to agree, especially since he said "probably 9%". That sounds like a guestimate to me.
