700 back from tdee= 700 cals short of his caloric Total Daily Energy Expendure (tdee)
if he used 3000 cals doing cardio and daily activities etc he consumed 2300cals of food. neg calorie intake is the key to fatloss. hope this helps

i know nark keeps you at maintenance cals for w.o. days. with that said how much and what kind of cardio were you doing on w.o and non w.o days to drop that much fat? thanks

i was cutting at 2100 on off days and 2700 on WO days--coming off the cycle ive since learned i should of raised cals by 200-400 to support the the muscle i put on---seein how my natural test was suppressed afterwards
