Well to start off I am 5'10'' 215lbs. I have not worked out in about 2 months due to family matters. I was an avid steroid user for the past 2 years or so until then. I am about 20 lbs. overweight, but still very solid(for shits and giggles last week i hopped on the bench at work and still managed to put up 365 with a little grunting).
