    for bulks, do you guys usually alter your diets before starting cycles?

    How do you mean, I have three diets throughout the year.

    Bulking
    cutting
    maintain

    well yea I do too. I'm guessing your bulking diet and cutting diets are on cycle, but maintenance is not?

    I dont cycle, but that would probably be the general consensus.

    Don't alter you diet too much until your gear kicks in. My first cycle I started a bulking diet per my trainer at the start of my cycle. I was on Test C. Test C doesnt kick in for 4 weeks or so. I put on 10 lbs of fat the first 4 weeks. Kinda pissed me off.

    yeah that would piss me off too. my trainer would get an ear full for sure. looks like you bounded back pretty well though

    yea dude this is how I messed up too. I upped my cals by about 1100 right off the bat. I only worked up for like 3 days before I got that high. Put on unnecessary fat but did gain 21lbs, mostly muscle

    Depends on the cycle and compounds being ran.

    Sometimes I "Prime" for 2 wks before.

    Again, depends on the cycle.

    if i was using a kicker to start a cycle id up cals from when i started, as above you would prob end up gaining a bit of fat while waiting on a long ester kick in
