6 years off and on...
my big thing in the past has been diet, i used to eat 1 meal a day and gorge on it... not really the most optimal method to get big...
I am naturally about 130 lbs and have a hard time packing on the pounds...
but have changed some habits and am working with a (natural) trainer now and am getting 4 to 5 meals a day, doing high intensity work outs, taking vitamins, flaxseed, glutamine, protein powder, n creatine...
I've been on this forum about two weeks now reading n finally created an account today.
